Are you considering buying a home? Have you been pre-approved? Having your pre-approval letter ready to go is very important in the real estate market right now do to the low inventory. It is extremely easy to get pre-approved. 1) Decide on a lender that can provide you with multiple financing options. 2) Have your income information ready when you call. THAT IS IT!!!! Once you have been pre-approved and want to make application, make sure to have your tax returns for the last 2 years, W-2's, 12 months worth of bank statements, pay stubs, DD214 papers(military), divorce decrees (if applicable) on hand to provide to the lender.
